PHRi证照象征HR专业人士具备执行人力资源各项功能的知识技巧，包括工作分析与设计、人力资源信息系统、招聘任用、员工关系与沟通、薪酬福利、培训发展、劳工安全等。适用HR各领域和阶层的专业人士。報考PHRi必須具備下列資格條件之一:

1. 硕士(含)以上学历，累计满1年以上人力资源管理实务经验。

2. 本科大学学历，累计满2年以上人力资源管理实务经验。

3. 大学(不含)以下学历，满4年以上人力资源管理实务经验。

The Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) is a global, competency-based credential that is designed to validate professional-level core HR knowledge and skills. The credential demonstrates a mastery of generally accepted technical and operational HR principles. Independent of geographic region, the credential complements local HR practices. Through demonstrated knowledge, the credential enhances the credibility of HR professionals and the organizations they serve. This certification is only available to candidates who practice outside the United States.

a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or global equivalent,
a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.
